🎀 HOLIDAY 2023 NOTICE 🎀

Due to high volume, orders must be placed by December 6 to ensure on-time arrival & avoid unexpected postal delay during the holidays . US Orders on made-to-order items placed after December 6 will not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. However, we will try our best to process as many orders as possible. For International orders, holiday cut-off date will only applies to Fedex International Shipping method. Standard USPS International shipping are not guaranteed for pre-Christmas arrival as we will have no control over international postal handling and other unexpected delays. Please plan your holiday shopping accordingly.

Our studio will be closed for the holidays from December 21 - January 3,2024. Orders processing & shipping will resume once we return to the studio in the new year. We thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a warm & happy holiday season!

We’re experiencing slight delay on USPS tracking system, most likely due to peak holiday shipping period. Please allow up to 24-36 hours from the time it’s shipped, for the postal service office to update the tracking info to reflect the latest status of your shipment.

As of September 23, 2021, we have temporary suspended First Class International shipping to Australia due to the recent USPS service disruption and suspension for the service. However, USPS International Express has since resumed and Priority International is available through Fedex for all Australia orders, both offers an expedited delivery time of estimated 5-7 business days** from the day package is dispatched. Please note free international code not applicable for Fedex International Express delivery.

Longer delivery times is still expected for all international packages due to some remaining COVID restrictions. The recent USPS service delay due to the unprecedented increase in postal volume also have caused slight delays for some U.S. deliveries. Please allow additional time for your package to reach you, and check with your local post offices for the latest updates. Please plan your purchases accordingly, we will not be responsible for delayed arrival of packages.

Important: Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address for your order. We’re not responsible for any package that is returned or lost due to an address error.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 3* business days for the order to be processed, handled and shipped. For all made-to-order pieces, please allow 3-5** business days for products to be made before shipment. During high season, processing time can be up to 7-10 business days due to the nature of handmade-to-order. Each purchase is special and we would like to dedicate the same love and attention to every piece.

USPS Priority Shipping : 2-4** Business Days : $9.99 : No fee for additional item(s)

USPS First Class International Shipping : 1-3** weeks : $18.00 : No fee for additional item(s)

In most cases, Domestic Priority Shipping takes about 2-3 business days for delivery. However, in some occasions, package can take up to 4-5 business days to arrive due to further distance and/or weather condition. (i.e.: North East Coast: 1-2 business days*, Midwest: 2-3 business days*, West Coast: 3-5 business days*)

We ship internationally via USPS to most countries with a few exceptions. Our system will let you know during checkout.

International Shipping: Duties and taxes are NOT included in the final total at checkout. Please refer to your local courier for rates and details.

INCORRECT / UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS / UNKNOWN ADDRESSEE/LOST PACKAGE

If you notice your mailing address is incorrect after the order has been processed, please email us immediately (asknotte@gmail.com) so we can fix it for you before the package is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we will not be responsible for lost package due to address error, unknown addressee or undeliverable address will not be eligible for replacement nor refund. However, if the package does get returned and received by us, we can re-ship it with an additional shipping + handling fee(U.S: $9.99, International: $18). We will not be responsible for package that is marked delivered by carrier.

If your package gets lost in transit, shipping carrier will be contacted for additional delivery information and we will try our best to help locate your package. NOTTE will not be responsible for missing packages that are marked delivered. Please note, shipping cost is non-refundable once the package is shipped. If package is returned to us due to missed delivery then marked left unclaimed at local post office, customer must cover the re-ship cost.

IMPORTANT

For International Shipping, some countries and regions may require additional time for delivery due to regulations and custom clearance. Please be sure to leave your telephone number in the order form for the local post office to get in contact with you regarding on any delivery issue. Once the package is dispatched from the United States postage system, we will no longer have control over the delivery process and therefore are not responsible for any lost packages.

FOREIGN TAX & DUTIES

Applicable foreign tax and duties are not included in the final total of your purchase. It will be collected upon arrival in your country’s required rate and currency. Please check with your local carrier for the latest information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We create each piece of jewelry specifically for each customer. Due to the reason of our jewelry being made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, all items are final sale. If you have received a wrong item, please contact us immediately, we would be more than happy to arrange a special exchange, and will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

A special prearranged return or exchange will only be issued once we receive the items in it’s original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned item(s). Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date they are issued.

Please note we do not cover shipping costs for exchange orders.

All returns or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving.

RINGS: All rings are non-refundable. If you have received a wrong size, please email us.

In order for an exchange. The ring must be unworn, and must have no sign or visible damage or scratches on the ring. Only after inspection of the returned item, a determination of an exchange will be made and arranged.

All jewelry sales are final.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel an order within 24 Hours of purchase for a full refund. Each piece of jewelry is handmade-to-orders, which means materials and labor have to be prepared and allocated specifically for each order. Once it's outside of that time frame, the order is considered processed and we will not be able to issue a refund.

If the item in need of an exchange matches with purchase record. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs and any other additional fees.

Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable.

DAMAGED/ BROKEN ITEMS/ REPAIR

Manufacturing flaws and faulty items do not include broken gems and pearls, damaged chain and items that are bent out of shape due to wear and tear, as well as oxidization on plated items. Please follow our jewelry care card to help keep your jewelry in the best possible condition. If you would like to repair an item due to wear and tear, please email us photos of the damaged item and we will provide possible repair options. Items that are received more than 90 days from purchase date are not eligible for return, refund or replacement.

JEWELRY CARE

Our handcrafted jewelry includes natural materials and precious metals such as sterling silver and brass with the options of genuine gold filled or plated finishes for added shine and durability.Please avoid contact with moisture, seawater, sweat and other chemicals as plated metals can oxidize and tarnish naturally over time. Gently buff your jewelry with a soft cloth to clean and store them somewhere dry or in your NOTTE pouch or box to keep them looking shiny and new.

Our customer's privacy is extremely important to us, we do not share your information with any third parties. Avoid posting questions or confidential information as comment on Instagram, such as address, tracking number, order number and phone number, etc. Please email us directly, we will be more than happy to help!
